Terms and Conditions
Section 1
Account Types
We offer two types of accounts. First being a Group Account, and the other being an Individual Account. Each account you will be provided a secure log in to keep up with all of your account details, payment history, balance.
GROUP ACCOUNT
This type of account allows one person to be in control of making payments for the whole group. With this type of an account, a complete payment of the total of all group members would be made at once. The Group Leader would be in charge of collecting the payments from the group members, and Nicaragua Hunting Adventures would just invoice the Group Leader for the whole payment each month. With this type of account, all the payment history would be kept separate for each hunter, but all on one account. Each person on the account would be credited or penalized for their contribution individually.
INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT
This type of account allows you still be in a group, but keep your account individual. You would pay your payment each month under your name and be invoiced under you name. Upon request, I would be able to tell you only if anyone in the group has not paid their payment. I could not give out names, only how many has not paid, or has been canceled from the group.

Section 2
Choosing You Hunt / Cost / Payment
We offer two options for choosing your hunt. Open Hunt or Package Hunt
OPEN HUNT
With this option you do not have to choose a specific hunt at the start of your payment cycles. BUT, the minimum you could start a Easy Installment Plan with is $ 2000.00 per person. You also do not have to choose any specific dates as of now. BUT, the minimum payment would be $ 200.00 per month.
PACKAGE HUNT
With this option, you would choose all the inclusions you would like to have in your package. Once we have everything you would need, we would agree on a final price for that package. If you know the tentative dates of your hunt, we would take the total amount and divide it by the number of months until your hunt dates from the beginning of the Easy Installment Plan, and that is the amount you would pay per month. If you do not have any tentative dates chosen, then minimum payment could only be the package price divided by 12 months.
EXAMPLE ( Your package price was $ 2500.00. We agree on March , 2017 for that package. Your tentative hunt dates are May 2018. That is 14 months. 2500 divided by 14 = Approx $ 180.00 per month.)
Section 3
Booking Dates
The following guidelines will govern the rules and regulations on Booking Dates.
1. With a group account or an individual account, hunt dates are not guaranteed until you have paid 50% of your total package price, or 50% your minimum staring amount. At that time, if your dates are still open, they will be guaranteed to you.
2. If before you get the 50% paid, and another client who has paid gets your dates, you will be informed, and moved to the next closest date in which you had requested.
3. If you need your booking dates for sure, we suggest you pay the 50% deposit on your account, and you can make the rest on payments. Balance being due with same formula as used above.
Section 4
Payment Methods / Service Charges
We offer four payment methods.
CREDIT CARDS
You will receive an invoice via PayPal each month for your payment. If you choose this method, a 4% processing fee on the amount you are paying, will be added to your bill each month. This is an online payment, and we do not receive any of your credit card information. Its all done through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this transaction, BUT most people do start one for the ease of making the payment. There is no minimum amount with this method.
DIRECT PAY PAL TO PAY PAL
If you already have a PayPal account and want to make payment, this is the best option. You can just transfer the payment from your PayPal account to ours. Simple and easy. You will be provided with our PayPal email address. This method you can choose on your end how to send the payment. Some options do not charge a transfer fee, some do. If you choose an option that charges a transfer fee, you must pay the fee. If you send the payment and the transfer fee is deducted on our end, you will only be credited for the amount we received. The transfer fee will not be credited to your balance. Best way is just to add on the fee. There is no minimum amount with this payment. We will send you a monthly invoice.
WIRE TRANSFER
With this option, you would wire transfer from your bank to ours. A minimum amount of $ 500.00 is required to use this method. You would pay the transfer fee on your end. If the fee is deducted from the transfer, you will only be credited for the amount we received. If you choose this method, you would be sent a bill each month with wire transfer details. We would require a confirmation email from you with a scan or digital photo of the wire transfer information. You would get a confirmation email once we received the funds in our account.
WESTERN UNION / MONEY GRAM
With this option, we would provide you with a monthly bill, and the information on who and where to send your payment via Western Union or Money Gram. We would require an email with a scan or digital photo of the sent receipt. You would receive a confirmation email when we have received the money in our hands. Again, the transfer fees would be paid on your end. If not, you will only be credited for the amount we receive.
Section 6
Defaults / Cancellations / Refunds
DEFAULTS
You would be considered in default of your Easy Installment Plan Agreement, and would not be entitled to any refunds on the following conditions :
1. You shall receive a monthly bill or invoice from us on the amount due. You shall have 30 days to pay that bill. If you do not pay the total amount due within the allotted 30 day period, your agreement shall be considered defaulted. Any money you have paid in (balance on your account) will be forfeited. You shall get no refund. You can ask via email for a reconsideration, and each account will be taken on a case to case basis for re-opening.
2. If you do not show up on the scheduled dates agreed on, without informing us, you will be considered in default of your agreement, and no refund will be given.
3. If you have any money due on your account, upon arrival in Managua, that must be paid first thing. If you refuse, or do not pay the balance upon your first meeting with us, you will be considered in default, and no refund shall be given.
4. If you cancel a hunt or payment plan, and do not re-book, or renew your payment plan within one year, you shall be in default, and will receive no refund of the balance you have on account.
5. You are allowed to cancel a hunt or payment plan once. If you cancel a second time, you will be considered in default, and no refund will be given.
6. If you are found to be doing any illegal activity in connection with this account, your account will be closed and you will be considered in default. No refund.
7. If you violate any terms and conditions of this agreement, we will close your account and you will be considered in default. No refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you must cancel your hunting trip, or your Easy Installment Plan Agreement, it must be done in writing, via email. Cancellation should be done at least 30 days before your hunt date, or 2 weeks before your deadline to make payment.
If you cancel your hunt, or your payment plan, what ever money you have paid in will be held for you for one year. Giving you a chance to re-book another hunt with us. What ever money you have on account will be deducted from your new booking. We cannot guarantee to hold the prices of your previous booking, but do not expect that much change within one year.
You may only cancel a hunt or a payment plan once.
REFUNDS
Any and all refunds will be minus any transfer fees, penalties. You may receive a refund of all money you paid in if :
1. The company cannot provide you with the hunt and all the inclusions agreed upon. Please note this does not include severe weather, acts of god beyond our control, political uprisings. Nicaragua Hunting Adventures reserves the right in these cases, to re schedule your hunt within one year. We must inform you at least 30 days ahead of time. If we cannot provide the services within one year, all your money will be refunded. In 50 years in business, this has never happened.
2. If you should pass away before having the opportunity to take your hunt, please inform your estate manger to contact us, send a copy of your death certificate, and a newspaper article of your obituary (if possible), and proof of estate management, along with some other information to proof they are legally authorized to handle your affairs, and we will refund the money you have paid in.
3. If bringing your own firearm, and for any reason we cannot provide you with a gun clearance permit. ONLY the amount of the gun permit charge will be refunded to you.
Section 7
General Rules / Regulations / Guidelines
1. All payments must be made in USD.
2. Must be 18 years old to have an account, anyone under 18 can have an account under their parents name.
3. No interest is charged to have an account, and your money does not also accrue any interest while with us.
4. Any type of illegal activity associated with this account is NOT allowed.
5. Nicaragua Hunting Adventures reserves the right to terminate any account which is in violation of the terms and conditions of the Easy Payment Plan Agreement.
6. Nicaragua Hunting Adventures reserves the right to close any account at our digression. Any account closed under violation of terms and conditions will receive NO refund. Any account closed under other circumstances, will receive a refund of their money.
7. Any closed account will be held for 30 days. Within that 30 day period the client can email their grievance, reasons, and request the account to be re opened. Nicaragua Hunting Adventures, will make the final decision, and inform the client of the outcome.
8. Nicaragua Hunting Adventures reserves the right to change, amend the terms and condition's at any time necessary. Clients will be informed of each time they are changed, and must approve the changes in order to keep using their account. If the client does not agree with the new changes, the account will be closed, and then determined if they qualify for a refund, or will continue under the terms and conditions they originally agreed to.
9. Your privacy is always protected by us. No personal information that you give to us, will ever be shared with any third party. We only use information you give us in the purpose to supply your hunt with all its inclusions. Nothing more.

Disclaimer
Nicaragua Hunting Adventures is NOT a bank, or lending institution. We are simply a Outfitter in Nicaragua, offer the opportunity for clients to make payments on hunts, so they can enjoy the opportunity to have a Duck or Dove Hunting experience. We are not trying to make money from your money, we are not trying some gimmick to take people's money. We are simply offering this service as a helpful option and increase our early bookings so we can keep our calendars full. No more or no less then that.
